Public Hearings at Hamline University, June 9-14, 2008

The Advocates for Human Rights is pleased to announce that the first ever public hearings of a national truth commission to be held in a Diaspora community are coming to Minnesota. During the week of June 9-14, as a component of its partnership with the TRC of Liberia, The Advocates will host public hearings at Hamline University in St. Paul, MN, USA. Commissioners of the TRC of Liberia will travel to Minnesota to preside over the hearings on various themes related to the Liberian Diaspora experience and the role of the United States in the Liberian conflict.
